Department: Platform Development
Location: EMEA
Description
The Learning Designer & Enablement Manager drives performance by building knowledge and closing the gap between knowing and doing. This role blends strategic learning design with practical on‑the‑job enablement to ensure that learning is not only understood, but able to be immediately applied in real‑world contexts with clients and colleagues. They architect end‑to‑end learning journeys that integrate skill development, high‑quality content, and tool proficiency – equipping teams to execute on key business propositions and strategic priorities.
They merge the principles of learning science with hands‑on enablement, creating experiences, playbooks, job aids, videos, and micro‑learning content that directly support and enable performance. Every learning asset is designed with a single intent: helping people achieve mastery and measurable results in their day‑to‑day work.
In essence, this role combines instructional design, platform and content ownership, and performance enablement - turning capability building into business impact.
In a nutshell:
The Learning Designer & Enablement Manager designs and delivers the learning journey – creating the content, tools, and experiences that turn knowledge into capability and strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner with cross-functional leaders to sequence, prioritize, and execute global initiatives for each of our four regions, preventing change fatigue and maximizing adoption.
Global Platform Implementation & Experience- Lead the end-to-end rollout of a new global learning platform, serving as the bridge between technical implementation and human experience.
- Drive engagement and retention through community features, social learning, and personalized user journeys; treat the platform as a product that requires ongoing optimization, not a one-time launch.
