As a senior or lead learning and development consultant, you'll serve as the primary resource for analyzing needs and designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and leadership development solutions. These solutions, which range from moderate to complex, are aimed at driving measurable organizational success. In this role, you'll focus on formal and informal learning strategies, ensuring effective and high-quality learning experiences. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with business partners while aligning learning solutions with functional needs.
This is a remote position.
Must-have qualifications
- A minimum of six years of related professional experience in adult learning and development, business or process consulting, project management, performance improvement, or change management
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of related professional experience in adult learning and development, business or process consulting, project management, performance improvement, or change management
Preferred skills
- Experience in competency-based learning and development, organizational development, and/or technical learning.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices around leadership development and adult learning.
- Experience with program design/development/management and curriculum design.
- Experience consulting with leaders and diverse stakeholder groups and providing coaching and feedback to the same audience.
Compensation
- $79,299 - $127,700/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
