IHCP is seeking a Change and Training Lead to support our client’s Deltek Vantagepoint ERP implementation. This role will lead organizational change and learning enablement activities to drive user readiness, adoption, and capability building across impacted teams.

Role Overview

You will lead change management and training delivery for a client’s Deltek Vantagepoint implementation, ensuring employees adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. You will work closely with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to deliver structured change and learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute change management strategy for Deltek Vantagepoint implementation

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments

• Develop communications and engagement plans

• Design and deliver role based training programs and learning materials

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions

• Build and manage change champion networks

• Assess organizational readiness and adoption risks

• Support go live and post implementation adoption activities

• Monitor training effectiveness and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 6 to 7 years of experience in change management and training delivery
