What Is The Role?
This is a part-time mostly remote role BUT we are looking for someone who is easily commutable into London to support our clients as needed.
As a Senior People Advisor in the team, you will report directly to a People Partner, working as a tight unit to deliver exceptional People-partnering support to our clients. We are usually the only People resource that our clients have, so expect a varied role, that gives you access to the full spectrum of the People Function. Examples of responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, advising on employee relations, supporting talent acquisition, driving employee engagement, and delivering on HR projects that align with client business goals.
This role will be a mix of client-facing and behind-the-scenes work, with scope to support the rest of the Thread HR and drive the wider business project too with our own projects
Who Would Suit This Role?
- Someone who is a hospitality native, either having worked operationally before moving into HR, or having worked in an in-house team
- Someone who lives no more than an hour from London; whilst this role is mostly remote, we want to easily get to our clients when they need us
- Someone with initiative, who can multi-task and move between multiple clients and projects easily and with care
- Someone with high levels of diligence and care, able to produce work that can go to clients without too much checking
- Someone with a great track record of advising on employee relation
- Someone with excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Degrees in HR or Level 5 CIPD are ideal but not essential if you have years of experience
