This role is ideal for someone with experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst, with an interest in training and development (formal training experience is desirable but not essential). It offers a unique opportunity to broaden your skill set, combining hands-on delivery with the facilitation of learning for emerging talent.
In this role, you will work in a hybrid capacity, splitting your time between operating as a Project Manager/Business Analyst on a range of internal AI automation and transformation initiatives, and delivering related training to their Analysts through structured learning pathways.

Overview of role
The hybrid Project Management, Business Analyst and Trainer role, involves working on the clients transformation projects whilst delivering high-quality Project Management and Business Analysis training to our clients Analysts. The role is responsible for equipping Analysts on our Development Programme with the knowledge, tools, skills, and behaviours required to perform successfully in client environments, ensuring training remains practical, current, and aligned to market needs.
Responsibilities
Analyst Training and Development
- Design and facilitate engaging virtual and classroom-based training that develops Analyst capability across disciplines, including Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Change Management, and Product Management.
- Facilitate mobilisation and bootcamp training to prepare Analysts for client deployment.
- Deliver leadership and management modules to develop change leadership capability, including stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving.
- Deliver regular training sessions for bench Analysts to ensure deployment readiness.
- Provide ad hoc coaching and advisory support to deployed Analysts, supporting effective client delivery.
Collaboration & Solutionising
- Build strong working relationships with Talent Development Managers and Sales Leads to ensure a seamless Analyst and client experience.
- Collaborate to understand client role requirements and tailor mobilisation and bootcamp training accordingly.
- Support the organisation and delivery of on-site and client-facing training sessions.
- Support sales by tailoring development solutions to meet client needs, co-architecting learning pathways with clients.
Learning Management System
- Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Apply project management, business analysis, and change management approaches to enhance LMS functionality and user experience.
- Drive engagement, adoption, and effective utilisation of the LMS.
- Proactively maintain learning and development resources, ensuring content is current, practical, and aligned to best practice.
- Support the implementation of AI-enabled tools to enhance knowledge management, content accessibility, and learning effectiveness.
Change and Transformation
- Lead and support internal projects aligned to strategic objectives.
- Project manage initiatives end to end, ensuring appropriate governance and delivery of key artefacts such as project plans, business cases, RAID logs, and reporting.
- Analyse business needs, gather requirements, and document business processes to support operational and system improvements.
- Act as a change champion, applying best practice change management principles.
Research and Innovation
- Proactively research emerging skills, technologies, and market trends to ensure training content remains relevant, best in class, and aligned to evolving client needs.
- Stay informed of progressive learning and development practices, methodologies, and training tools, applying insights to continuously improve training design and delivery.
Key Skills and Experience
- Practical experience across project management, business analysis, PMO, or product delivery.
- Experience of training and developing others is desirable.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.
- Confidence using learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems.
- Adaptable, resilient, and proactive with strong organisational skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of client-driven delivery environments.
