Learning & Development Design Consultant on an
18-month contract based from
any of our UK Offices (London, Birmingham or Manchester) on a
hybrid working model.
Join Us As a Learning & Development Design Consultant
The Design Teams create innovative learning solutions aligned to business needs and outcomes. You'll work with SMEs to translate objectives into effective learning content and support programme delivery.
What You'll Do
- Design and curate high-quality learning programmes using in-house, curated, and external content aligned to business needs.
- Partner with SMEs and internal teams to ensure effective, consistent, and innovative learning design.
- Review and quality-assure learning content, facilitating workshops and supporting delivery readiness.
- Embed evaluation, inclusion, accessibility, and innovation into programme design and iteration.
- Coach junior designers, share best practice, and support programme and project delivery activities.
- Lead the briefing/training of facilitators and hosts to equip them to be able to deliver learning content.
The Skills You'll Need
- Strong understanding of client's strategy, services, and business priorities, with a global and inclusive mindset.
- Skilled in designing, developing, and reviewing innovative learning solutions, including digital and face-to-face programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills across teams and senior levels.
- Experienced in coaching, developing others, and delivering high-quality L&D services sustainably.
- Able to manage projects effectively, analyse complex information, and deliver results under pressure.
