The Role
We’re expanding and are looking for a Learning & Development Consultant who’s passionate about helping people grow in tangible, impactful ways. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to design and deliver training that builds confident, high-performing consultants. From onboarding through to ongoing development, you’ll play a pivotal role in building capability, confidence and consistency across our teams. You’ll be delivering training, doing 1:1 coaching, shaping our academy programmes, working shoulder-to-shoulder with managers, and contributing to a learning culture that scales with the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver engaging training as part of our Associate Consultant Academy and ongoing development programmes
- Run induction training for new joiners and provide follow-up development check-ins
- Deliver “on-desk” coaching, call feedback and real-time skill-building
- Facilitate group sessions on recruitment fundamentals, sales skills, tools/systems, candidate engagement and high-performance behaviours
- Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and training requirements
- Conduct needs analysis through interviews, performance data and observation
- Translate insights into targeted, practical training solutions
- Design high-impact learning experiences using adult-learning methodologies
- Build training decks, playbooks, toolkits, job aids and learning assets
- Support the evolution of our onboarding programme and internal learning pathways
- Use feedback and performance data to iterate and improve programmes
- Champion a culture of continuous growth and learning across QXI
What We’re Looking For:
Essential
- ~1 year of experience in Learning & Development
- Experience in Recruitment or Sales environment
- Confident communicator who enjoys facilitating, presenting and coaching
- Organised, proactive, curious and comfortable working at pace
- Passionate about people development and helping others succeed
- Thrives in a commercial, high-energy environment
- Experience with digital tools
- Comfortable with MS tools
Preferred
- Experience training or coaching within a recruitment or sales environment
- Strong understanding of adult-learning principles
- Experience with LMS platforms or digital learning tools
