Role Overview
This role transforms AI expertise into scalable learning and consulting assets. You will design training materials, templates, playbooks, and internal resources used across bootcamps and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design structured AI training curriculum and learning materials
- Create templates, SOPs, prompt libraries, and implementation guides
- Organize and edit recorded training and workshop sessions
- Support consulting projects with documentation and client resources
- Improve content clarity based on learner and client feedback
- Collaborate closely with the Founder on curriculum and service assets
Qualifications & Skills
- Background in Instructional Design, Training, Education, or related field
- Experience building online courses or professional training content
- Strong writing, presentation, and documentation skills
- Practical familiarity with AI tools and workflows
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
