This is a remote, performance-based opportunity designed for purpose-driven leaders who thrive on innovation and value flexibility. You will use your leadership and communication skills to connect professionals with transformational programs in personal development and leadership. Our proven system supports independent success, with comprehensive training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and engage professionals into leadership and personal development programs

• Apply strategic marketing and client acquisition methods across digital platforms

• Conduct structured interviews via phone and video (scripts and training provided)

• Facilitate online Q&A sessions and guide qualified applicants

• Mentor new clients and build long-term relationships

• Participate in weekly training and professional development sessions

Candidate Profile

• 4–5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, education, or coaching

• Proven ability to work independently and lead with initiative

• Strong communication skills across phone, video conferencing, and social media

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram (advantageous)

• Passionate about leadership, personal growth, and making a meaningful impact
