- Shape the future of workforce capability by designing and delivering NICE’s integrated Learning, Talent, and Strategic Partnering strategy.
- Lead innovation in leadership development through inclusive talent pathways, succession planning, and coaching and mentoring frameworks.
- Drive organisational transformation by embedding a future-fit skills taxonomy and capability framework across NICE.
- Champion a culture of high performance and inclusion, ensuring learning and development initiatives empower every colleague to thrive.
- Influence at the highest level by representing People Services at executive forums and providing thought leadership on workforce capability and talent pipelines.
- Create impact through data-driven decisions, establishing KPIs and evaluation frameworks to measure success and report outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Inspire and lead talented teams, motivating Learning & Talent specialists and Strategic People Partners to deliver exceptional, business-aligned solutions.
- Collaborate across the organisation to integrate strategic workforce planning, organisational development, and cultural change initiatives that make NICE a brilliant place to work.
