Overview
We are seeking highly skilled and dynamic Training and Technical Assistance Consultants to support organizational development through effective training programs and technical guidance. This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives and/or technical assistance that enhance employee performance and organizational capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in their subject area along with formal education. Trainers should have experience in instructional design, adult education, and learning technology. Duties
Training-
- Work with Konesens team to develop comprehensive training curricula utilizing the ADDIE model to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Deliver training sessions through various methods
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of learning technology trends and best practices in adult education to ensure innovative delivery methods.
- Subject matter experience in any of the following is ideal: nonprofit finance and accounting, human resources, grant writing and fundraising, marketing, trauma-informed care, violence prevention, case management, monitoring and evaluation, data management, strategic planning, succession planning, and nonprofit program management.
Technical Assistance-
- Provide technical assistance and coaching to managers and employees on topics such as financial management and budgeting, talent management, succession planning, performance management, grant writing/fundraising, change management, or other area.
- Conduct needs assessments by collecting data through research, surveys, and interviews to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
- Manage program design and implementation for leadership development, employee relations, mentoring initiatives, HR sourcing strategies, program development, fundraising, community engagement, data management, or other areas.
- Operate as a fractional employee to support employee orientation programs, facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, manage organizational budgets, and other key areas.
Experience
- Demonstrated ability in program management, content development, and delivery of training & development initiatives.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design (ADDIE), and adult education principles.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, or similar systems; experience with LMS administration is preferred.
- Strong skills in technical writing, presentation delivery, public speaking, and communication skills essential for effective training delivery.
- Classroom experience or prior experience delivering instructor-led training sessions is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; excellent organizational skills are required. Pay: $40.00 - $150.00 per hour
