As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will ensure every employee has reliable access to the knowledge and tools they need to excel by managing our Learning Management System (LMS) and facilitating company-wide learning initiatives. You will enable organizational growth through precise system administration and providing high-level support to stakeholders across the organization. This role is essential in creating a culture of continuous improvement, where learning programs are delivered with professional engagement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end LMS administration, including the maintenance of users, groups, branches, notifications, and reporting to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Manage the deployment and tracking of critical learning programs, such as onboarding and compliance training, ensuring all enrollments are processed within four hours.
- Facilitate and optimize professional learning programs, including Lunch & Learn sessions, maintaining a high standard of engagement and learner satisfaction.
- Provide proactive project management, consistently meeting all project milestones and deadlines.
- Grade LMS assignment submissions within two business days, providing learners with timely feedback and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the logistics and communication of various organizational learning projects.
- Utilize data and reporting tools to measure progress toward learning goals to inform future training strategies.
- Identify areas to integrate within our learning delivery framework to enhance productivity and learning experience quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration, specifically in deploying, tracking, and reporting on complex training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions that build rapport with participants and meet diverse learner needs.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a track record of managing schedules and priorities in an efficient manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and precisely to different audiences.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining complete and accurate data within enterprise systems.
- A results-oriented mindset with the resourcefulness to find solutions and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing project logistics and coordinating communication across multiple departments.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of AI and practical applications for enhancing day-to-day workflow and productivity.
- Previous experience supporting learning and development functions within a rapidly growing or scaling organization.
- Command of learning facilitation strategies in a remote learning environment to ensure learning is relevant and applicable to the workforce.

Compensation:
Compensation at the time of offer is based on factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of Harbor Compliance’s total compensation package. Other benefits may include health benefits, flexible paid time off, parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k), and educational reimbursement. Note that the salary range and benefits apply only to U.S.-based candidates.
