Job Description
Learning and Development Manager
The Learning & Development Manager role blends strategic input with hands-on execution, working closely with HR leadership to define L&D priorities while ensuring operational excellence in learning delivery, compliance training, leadership development, and organizational capability building. The role partners cross-functionally with departments to ensure programs align with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize findings to develop clinical L&D plans.
- Contribute to development of L&D strategy and competency frameworks.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze capability gaps.
- Design, deliver, and maintain training programs across functions.
- Utilize diverse delivery methods including e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
- Partner with SMEs for content accuracy and alignment.
- Manage training logistics, scheduling, materials, and LMS tracking.
- Collaborate with Compliance and IT to ensure regulatory training adherence.
- Support leaders in addressing performance gaps and developing learning interventions.
- Manage external vendors and maintain training resources.
- Provide coaching to L&D team members or contracted trainers.
- Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years in L&D/training; 3+ years supervisory or project leadership experience.
- Strong instructional design expertise.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve learning programs.
- AllHealth Network does not employ former or current clients or family members of clients receiving treatment at any AllHealth Network facilities.
Shift/Location:
Englewood, CO
Full Time: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate
$93,000 – $110,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks’ total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
