Hello Educational Leaders! We are looking for dynamic Instructional Coaches & Administrators who are Coaching and Professional Learning Experts to help support schools, design and deliver professional learning when needed, and work closely with teams to ensure the successful execution of projects especially Texas and New York based educators. Candidates must have a Master's Degree, Leadership Experience, and at least 5 years of Teaching Experience. This role supports schools to diagnose, prioritize, and solve their most pressing problem(s) of practice, aligning coaching and PD to measurable instructional outcomes. It will involve coaching, feedback, and designing and facilitating professional learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting district leaders in utilizing curriculum products to enhance learning and track students’ progress.
- Lead coaching cycles (pre-conference, observation/modeling, debrief) to build teacher capacity in core programs and evidence-based practices.
- Design and facilitate professional learning (live virtual, in-person, and asynchronous) with clear success criteria and job-embedded practice.
- Provide actionable, strengths-based feedback aligned to rubrics, instructional look-fors, and state standards; co-create next steps with teachers.
- Analyze student work, classroom data, and assessment results to target instructional moves and monitor impact over time.
- Support PLCs: plan agendas, guide data discussions, and document decisions and follow-ups.
- Create or adapt coaching resources (planning guides, look-fors, demo lessons, micro-modules, and observation tools) to support implementation.
- Maintain consistent communication and progress updates with school/district partners; track coaching artifacts and outcomes.
- Engage in routine trainings and weekly check-ins virtually and asynchronously to monitor the progress of work.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Education or a related field
- Teaching/Coaching experience with at least 5 years of teaching
- Experience leading Professional Development
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Job Details:
Pay is $30-$35/hr. Work is on a freelance basis. We’re looking for someone who can dedicate 20-40 hours a week. We offer a ton of flexibility, and ALL the work is from home! Please send a resume if you’re interested in freelance work.
