Senior Learning Solutions Consultant Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of innovative sales enablement tools to boost confidence and accelerate revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to identify gaps and create compelling collateral that shortens the sales cycle.
- Develop targeted offers and high-quality proposals, including RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Partner with Marketing to maintain synergy between go-to-market messaging and sales enablement.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client meetings, combining market intelligence and product expertise to elevate conversations.
- Manage multiple projects across diverse industries and regions, delivering on time and to exceptional standards.
- Gather and showcase impactful case studies to strengthen client proposals and conversations.
- Incorporate latest academic research and external insights to future-proof solutions.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at conferences and events, bringing back insights to drive innovation.
About You
- Proven experience creating compelling sales enablement materials and proposals in various formats.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, and ideally familiarity with video creation tools and Articulate (Rise, Storyline).
- Exceptional writing and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of behavior change, learning technology, and coaching concepts.
- Background in Psychology, OD, or HR specialisms.
- Experience in consulting and designing solutions for OD, culture change, and coaching initiatives.
