Senior Learning Solutions Consultant Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of innovative sales enablement tools to boost confidence and accelerate revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with Sales to identify gaps and create compelling collateral that shortens the sales cycle.
Develop targeted offers and high-quality proposals, including RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Partner with Marketing to maintain synergy between go-to-market messaging and sales enablement.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client meetings, combining market intelligence and product expertise to elevate conversations.
Manage multiple projects across diverse industries and regions, delivering on time and to exceptional standards.
Gather and showcase impactful case studies to strengthen client proposals and conversations.
Incorporate latest academic research and external insights to future-proof solutions.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at conferences and events, bringing back insights to drive innovation.

About You

Proven experience creating compelling sales enablement materials and proposals in various formats.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, and ideally familiarity with video creation tools and Articulate (Rise, Storyline).
Exceptional writing and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of behavior change, learning technology, and coaching concepts.
Background in Psychology, OD, or HR specialisms.
Experience in consulting and designing solutions for OD, culture change, and coaching initiatives.
