The role
Part of the Quality team, the Training and Development Coordinator is a supportive and rewarding role at Clear Voice. You will to provide comprehensive professional support to our Freelance Linguists, with a strong focus on creating engaging content, ensuring access to resources, and managing training and development needs. You will take a proactive approach to implementing and maintaining Clear Voice processes in line with relevant updates and best practices. Key responsibilities include designing, coordinating, and delivering a range of training sessions tailored to the diverse needs of linguists.

Role responsibilities
- Manage the eLearning platform and course portfolio:
- Register new linguists and provide onboarding support.
- Assign learning pathways.
- Offer guidance and troubleshooting for platform use.
- Establish tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor linguist progress and completion of mandatory and refresher courses.
- Support the Quality Manager and team in embedding a culture of quality across the organisation and within the linguist pool.
- Conduct training needs analysis by engaging with linguists and internal stakeholders to identify skills gaps and deliver tailored training solutions.
- Maintain and update a robust CRM system and linguist database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Produce reports and analytics on training uptake, completion rates, and performance trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the Interpreter Assessor Coordinator and Engagement & Complaints Coordinator to align training with assessment outcomes and feedback.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity of all learning resources and platforms, adapting materials for diverse needs and promoting equal access to development opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in linguist training and development, recommending improvements to maintain Clear Voice’s competitive edge.
- Establish and maintain efficient communication pathways with linguists to strengthen relationships and support their ongoing development.
- Collaborate closely with the Assessment & Training Coordinator to align processes, support shared objectives, and provide cover when required to ensure uninterrupted service.
The experience and skills you need
- Proven experience in delivering training and coaching sessions to diverse audiences.
- Strong background in creating engaging learning content and resources.
- Ability to establish and maintain processes and procedures with exceptional attention to detail.
- Skilled in creating content that meets client needs and delivering engaging group and one-to-one training sessions.
- Ability to absorb complex information and communicate it clearly and effectively.
