- Сreate a comprehensive project plan for training, which involves defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements;
- Сonduct training needs assessments collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learning requirements within the organization;
- Collaborate with trainers and content developers;
- Manage resources, such as training materials, ensuring the smooth execution of training programs;
- Organize leadership programs for the executive level;
- Establish and manage the training budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effective training solutions without compromising quality;
- Collaborate with external training vendors or consultants, as needed, to supplement in-house expertise and resources;
- Implement assessment and evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs on learners and the organization's performance;
- Communicate with key stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and garner support for training initiatives;
- Facilitate and conduct internal training programs.
We need your professional experience:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in the Learning and Development field;
- Strong knowledge of the local L&D field, including trainers, tools, and learning program design and structure;
- Experience in the IT or iGaming industry will be considered a significant advantage;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of training methodology;
- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
