Learning and Development Expert drives learning & development initiatives in Allegro Operations area. You will be part of Allegro’s transformation toward a future-ready, AI-powered, skills-first learning ecosystem. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our business and people leaders- designing and delivering development experiences that drive measurable performance outcomes. We are looking for problem solvers and analytical thinkers with a data driven mindset to build effective learning paths.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive business-aligned learning initiatives
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to diagnose capability gaps using data (surveys, performance metrics, skill analytics).
- Translate insights into targeted learning products and experiences that address business priorities and future skill needs.
- Co-create and deliver dynamic skill-building journeys that integrate education, exposure, and experience (70/20/10).
Lead design and delivery of skill development experiences
- Build and iterate AI-curated learning paths (via Coursera and internal resources) focused on mission-critical and adjacent skills.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery with the Learning Operations team, ensuring seamless learner experience and logistics.
- Support Talent Management processes (e.g., Talent Reviews, Team Health Checks) with actionable learning recommendations.
Apply a data-driven and agile mindset
- Use predictive learning analytics to measure relevance, capability uplift, and business performance outcomes.
- Continuously review learning ROI and recommend data-backed improvements to learning investments and portfolio efficiency.
- Balance “good enough now” with “perfect later”- iterating fast, learning from feedback, and scaling what works.
Act as a growth connector and culture catalyst
- Promote Allegro’s learning philosophy
- Create opportunities for peer learning, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across functions.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, transparency, and growth mindset.
This is the right job for you if:
- 3–4 years of experience in learning design, leadership or functional development, or capability-building within a business function.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into learning interventions and manage multi-stakeholder projects.
- Experience working with LMS and digital learning platforms, preferably including AI-driven or data-informed learning tools.
- Skilled in analyzing learning and engagement data to improve program relevance and ROI.
- Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2+).
Nice to Have
- Experience in project or change management, design thinking, or user-centered learning design.
- Knowledge of Operations business area or experience in performance consulting.
- Familiarity with skills frameworks, analytics, or AI-enhanced learning design.
