This global L&D role brings together a number of key performance drivers.
Our primary service line is Quality Assurance, and we need QA excellence to be developed by training and development in all three of our global locations. We have a requirement for our future junior managers to be trained and ready for promotion within a short timeframe - so the identification and development talent is key, to support resource readiness.
This role also needs to design and deliver technical training, where ISTQB and Project Management training are key service differentiators for us.
We need to review our employee induction and onboarding programmes, ensuring new colleagues are equipped in the right way.
The role requires global management, working with colleagues in all of our three major locations - so experience of working internationally is critical.
Responsibilities
- The implementation of an upgraded onboarding program, where new games testers learn about delivering games QA, client communication and the identification and reporting of bugs.
- The delivery of a people management program to be delivered globally for our Associate Test Lead and Test Lead populations.
- Leadership development programs, focusing on senior management people skills.
- The implementation of technical training for our QA populations, in all locations.
- The development and introduction of the Testronic Learning Academy, where employees will be provided development opportunities, either in person or online.
