Job Description
To inspire players around the world, we invest in the growth of the people who create our games. We’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. Someone who stays on top of learning trends (including AI), translates insights into scalable solutions, and builds impactful development programs for a 1000+ employee organization.
This is a high-impact role in an organization that pushes the boundaries of immersive open-world RPGs and builds long-lasting franchises.

Daily Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
- Design and scale key programs (onboarding, manager development, leadership).
- Lead and develop the L&D team.
- Partner with leaders and HRBPs to identify competencies/skills gaps and deliver tailored solutions.
- Implement modern learning approaches (in-person, hybrid, digital).
- Measure impact (KPIs, engagement, ROI) and use data to continuously improve.
- Manage L&D budget, tools, and external vendors.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar L&D/People Development managerial role.
- Proven experience building and scaling development programs, especially for leaders.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Confidence working with data and reporting to senior leadership.

Estimated pay range for this position: 21 100- 29 000 PLN gross monthly. This role may be eligible for a long term incentive program (option to purchase CDPR stock after the vesting period). Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
