As the Learning and Development Manager for the Sales & Delivery business function, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing innovative and scalable learning and development initiatives across the EMEA region for the Sales & Delivery Teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop tailored programs, and ensure that our Sales & Delivery teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
What You'll Do
Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the EMEA Learning & Development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Mentor and develop team members, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with organizational goalsNeeds Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify learning gaps and performance improvement opportunities in the EMEA region. Collaborate with business leaders and local training teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goalsProgram Development: Design and implement innovative learning programs, encompassing e-learning, workshops, and webinars. Ensure programs cater to diverse learning styles and cultural nuances across our EMEA markets. Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge learning technologies into programsPerformance Measurement: Establish KPIs to assess learning initiative effectiveness. Analyze data and feedback for continuous improvement and measuring impact on employee performanceCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, talent acquisition, and business leaders to align learning initiatives with talent development strategies. Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training contentCommunication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on learning and development initiatives
