The role
The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will play a key role in our newly established global L&D Centre of Excellence, responsible for building scalable learning solutions that accelerate employee and leadership growth across the organization.
In this role, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of global learning programs - from needs analysis and vendor management to facilitation and impact measurement. A major focus will be designing and scaling high-impact programs for new managers, equipping them with the leadership and interpersonal skills required to succeed.
You will also oversee the global onboarding experience, ensuring it is consistent, engaging, and scalable across all regions. This position offers the opportunity to shape foundational learning programs that drive culture, capability, and business performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Learning Program Design & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs, including needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, vendor management, and measurement of outcomes.
- Deliver and improve manager development programs with a strong focus on leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Apply data, feedback, and best practices to iterate and enhance learning experiences.
Global Onboarding & Manager Readiness
- Oversee the global onboarding program for all new hires, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high engagement across regions and functions.
- Design and deliver manager onboarding initiatives that accelerate readiness and strengthen leadership capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Partnership
- Collaborate closely with HR, business leaders, and external partners to identify learning needs and co-create solutions that drive measurable business impact.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, embedding a culture of continuous learning and leadership development.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Monitor learning trends, technologies, and methodologies to bring innovation into program design and delivery.
- Promote best practices in L&D, ensuring programs are scalable and aligned with global business needs.
We expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; certifications in instructional design, facilitation, or coaching are a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in L&D, leadership development, or related roles, ideally in fast-growing or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven success designing, delivering, and scaling global leadership development and soft-skills programs.
- Experience leading end-to-end L&D projects, from needs analysis to design, vendor management, facilitation, and evaluation.
- Strong background in global onboarding design and delivery, ensuring consistency and impact across diverse regions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills, experienced in partnering with HR, senior leaders, and external vendors.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and tools for program delivery, management, and evaluation.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
