As a Learning & Development Specialist at Deloitte, you know how to translate learning needs into future proof learning interventions and are a ‘master in the art of’ relationship management.
What impact will you make?
Deloitte comprises several businesses. In this role you will support the Technology and Transformation (T&T) business and translate the learning needs into appropriate interventions. You are the initiator of the learning and development process from A to Z; from a learning needs analysis to measuring the impact of the interventions. You will design and implement the learning curriculum, as well as advising various stakeholders on broader learning and development issues from a T&T perspective. For example on L&D trends such as: the future of work, learning in the flow of work, continuous learning and the impact of AI. Your educational knowledge will come in handy. In close cooperation with other L&D professionals you will make an impact that matters.
How do you do this?
- translating learning needs (using a Learning Need Analysis) into appropriate learning interventions for your target group;
- advise on and implement the most appropriate Learning Solutions. You will do this by evaluating the different programs each year with participants and stakeholders;
- collaborating with other L&D professionals in your team, key stakeholders and external parties, so that the different Learning programs can be organized;
- taking care of finance related processes such as budget monitoring and drafting and understanding Learning reports;
- delving into the latest developments in the L&D field and translating these into applicable ideas/implementations, e.g. applying continuous learning in a program and use of (Gen)AI.
What’s in it for you?
- You’ll receive a profit-sharing bonus. On top of your fixed salary.
- Continuous professional growth. Join our development program.
- A work-from-home office setup allowance to make sure you have everything you need for an ergonomically designed workstation and internet allowance.
- Work part-time (32 hours a week) or full-time (40-hours a week).
- Flexible working hours, you are in charge of your own calendar.
- 26 days of paid annual leave, and the opportunity to purchase additional leave.
- The option to exchange three national holidays for three non-national holidays.
- A good mobility scheme: an annual public transport subscription or a gross cash option with which you can arrange all your transport yourself.
- A laptop and iPhone. The iPhone can be for personal use.
- A time for time arrangement that creates flexibility for personal moments that matter.
- A good pension scheme with a personal contribution of only 2%. For a comfortable future.
- An opportunity to take part in our collective health insurance scheme.
- An opportunity to benefit from tax-efficient facilities such as fitness, a bicycle scheme or the opportunity to lease a bicycle.
- The opportunity to use 55 hours of babysitting service per calendar year, if your child is 12 years old or younger.
- A flexible budget, which you can use to make choices in flexible benefits, for example: purchasing extra leave days or financing a bicycle plan.
- Six weeks of fully paid birth leave for traditional households and rainbow families.
