Frazer Jones are exclusively partnered with a high-profile banking organisation based in the City, to hire a Head of Learning and Development to lead the team.
This is a pivotal role supporting the business through a firmwide transformation, driving the design and delivery of international world-class learning solutions that directly enhance business performance, capability and culture.
More specifically, as the Head of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for;
- Leading and developing a high performing team of 7 direct reports
- Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translating these into impactful, forward-thinking learning strategies
- Designing and implementing scalable learning solutions
- Creating a business skills framework that supports career progression, high performance and leadership development
- Identifying, evaluating and managing relationships with external training providers to ensure delivery of high-quality, forward-thinking learning experiences
- Managing contracts with vendors
- Upskilling and staying abreast of digital and technical learning, championing innovative learning platforms
- Enhancing learning engagement and accessibility
- Overseeing the optimisation and integration of learning systems, driving improvements in reporting etc.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience heading up a L&D team within the financial services industry, with clear examples of how you have embedded and impacted training and development strategy. It is vital that you have partnered with external providers and can display strong relationships and experience.
Experience supporting front office and client facing client groups would be extremely beneficial.
