The Learning & Development Lead supports the development, growth, and performance of our clinic teams by creating and delivering engaging training and mentorship programs. This role is responsible for designing onboarding experiences, developing learning materials for all clinic roles, and maintaining ongoing development programs that align with company standards, compliance, and CHOICE values.
You’ll play a key part in shaping how new hires learn, how existing staff grow, and how leaders coach, ensuring every team member feels supported, confident, and empowered to help patients succeed.
You will:
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new clinic roles, including Medical Providers, Medical Provider Assistants, Health Transformation Specialist, and Clinic Managers.
- Create and deliver training content across key areas: patient experience, consultative sales, clinical processes, compliance, and operational workflows.
- Maintain and update all training materials, resources, and modules within Options University (OU) and SharePoint.
- Build and manage the company’s Mentorship Program, pairing experienced team members with new hires to support development, engagement, and retention.
- Support the design and rollout of leadership and performance development programming to strengthen clinic leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous growth.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to clinic leaders and staff.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to create scalable, easy-to-follow training programs that reflect evolving company goals and compliance standards.
- Partner with the People Operations, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging, compliance, and communication standards.
- Partner with Regional Directors and Clinic Managers to identify performance opportunities and deliver targeted training solutions.
You will come with:
- 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or mentorship program coordination (healthcare, wellness, or retail environment preferred).
- Experience designing training materials (manuals, e-learning modules, SOPs, assessments, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and LMS systems.
