The Opportunity (What This Role Really Means)

Our Learning & Development team is growing, and we need someone who's naturally detail-oriented, loves bringing order to chaos, and gets excited about helping training content reach the people who need it. This role is crucial because our clients depend on accurate, up-to-date training materials to succeed with our platform—and you'll be the person ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This isn't a role that exists in a silo. You'll work closely with our entire Learning team, collaborate with product teams during releases, and connect with Customer Success to understand what training gaps need filling. Your work directly impacts how well our clients can use our platform, which means it matters. A lot.

Your Day-to-Day (The Honest Version)

Here's what you'll actually be doing:

The Core Work:

Content Management & Quality Control: You'll be the eagle-eyed guardian of our training library, reviewing content during product releases, flagging what needs updates, and ensuring everything stays accurate and current
LMS Operations: Execute daily operations in our learning management system—uploading courses, managing user access, tracking completions, and troubleshooting technical issues when they arise
Regional Compliance Support: Adapt training materials for different markets (US, Canada, Australia), working with our compliance team to ensure we meet regulatory requirements in each region
Analytics & Reporting: Generate monthly training metrics reports, analyze engagement data, spot trends, and communicate insights to leadership so they can make informed decisions

What We're Really Looking For

0-2 years of professional experience (we're genuinely open to recent graduates or career changers)
Strong writing background—English, technical writing, communications, or related field
Exceptional attention to detail (we're talking notice-the-missing-comma level)
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role reports to the Director of Learning and you'll be working closely with our Learning Experience Designer, Technical Writer, and Training Consultant. Start date is flexible based on your availability, and yes, we're fully remote with those amazing in-person summits twice a year.
