Oxford Solutions is seeking a Learning Experience Project Manager to assist with the planning and execution of learning and development initiatives for our client. This contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to creative projects - balancing organization, communication, and an eye for engaging learner experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and track multiple learning projects from start to finish
- Maintain project schedules, deliverable lists, and progress reports
- Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items
- Manage project documentation, ensuring materials are current and properly versioned
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to keep timelines and deliverables on target
- Gather and organize content from subject matter experts for use in training materials
- Draft outlines, visual storyboards, and course structures that reflect learning goals
- Help create presentations, e-learning modules, guides, and job aids
- Review materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency across projects
- Apply adult learning principles and design best practices to strengthen learner engagement
- Upload, test, and maintain materials within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support scheduling for training sessions, guest speakers, and rotation assignments
- Track learner participation and assist with program logistics
Qualifications
- Prior experience coordinating projects or supporting learning initiatives
- Understanding of instructional design concepts and adult learning strategies
- Skilled in organizing complex information and building logical course structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of Articulate, Rise, or Canva preferred
- Ability to design assessments or interactive elements that reinforce learning
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
