Position Summary:
The Learning Enablement Advisor is a critical role responsible for building, leading, managing, and facilitating the Administrator in Training (AIT) Future Leaders Program from end to end. Reporting to the Transformation team, this individual will work closely with market leaders, Preceptors, and other Transformation team members to ensure the program’s success. As a content creator, program manager, advisor, and educator, this role will own and drive all aspects of the program, focusing on developing future leaders, measuring program effectiveness, and ensuring continuous improvement.
This role is full-time permanent and will require a strategic thinker who can seamlessly transition between high-level program design and hands-on implementation, delivering an exceptional learning experience for AIT candidates, current AITs, and Preceptors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Design and Content Creation:
- Develop, design, and continuously improve the curriculum for the AIT Future Leaders Program, ensuring alignment with national and organizational leadership standards.
- Create engaging learning materials, resources, and tools to support AIT development, incorporating the latest trends in leadership, healthcare, and operational excellence.
- Customize content for different stages of the program, from recruitment to onboarding, and through the full AIT journey.
- Program Management and Execution:
- Lead and manage all facets of the AIT program from recruitment and candidate selection through ongoing mentorship, training, and eventual licensure.
- Coordinate with Preceptors, Transformation team members, and market leaders to ensure program goals are met and that candidates are progressing according to plan.
- Track and monitor program milestones, ensuring AITs and Preceptors meet all key objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate regular communication with AITs, Preceptors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Advising and Navigating:
- Serve as the primary advisor and guide for AITs, helping them navigate the program and their journey toward licensure and leadership.
- Act as a key point of contact for Preceptors, providing guidance and resources to help them effectively mentor and develop AITs.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for any challenges that arise during the program.
- Educator and Facilitator:
- Lead and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for AITs and Preceptors, focusing on leadership development, healthcare operations, and business management.
- Educate and inspire AITs by providing hands-on learning experiences and practical knowledge that equips them for success in their future leadership roles.
- Foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment, leveraging technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the AIT learning experience.
- Measurement and Reporting:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive system to measure the program’s success, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), participant progress, and overall program effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Transformation team and market leaders on program outcomes, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance the program, ensuring continuous development of leadership talent within the organization.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with the Transformation team, HR, market leaders, and Preceptors to ensure the program is fully integrated into the organization’s talent development strategy.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the broader organizational goals and vision for leadership development.
- Actively participate in strategy discussions to shape the future of the AIT program and contribute to its ongoing evolution.
