Senior Learning ConsultantPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Learning Consultant to serve as the strategic lead for our most important client partnerships, overseeing the design and delivery of leadership development programs that impact thousands of employees across diverse organizational segments. This role demands a rare combination of strategic vision and tactical execution—someone who can think at 30,000 feet while being willing and capable to roll up their sleeves.
The ideal candidate will be both a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and a hands-on practitioner who can seamlessly transition from boardroom presentations to project plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership Management- Serve as the primary relationship owner for our largest client account, building deep trust and understanding of their evolving business needs
- Collaborate with client leadership to identify learning requirements and craft comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans, ensuring best-in-class presentations and high-impact sessions for executive audiences
- Navigate complex, matrixed environments with executive presence and change leadership capability
Program Design & Delivery- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end talent and leadership development programs across multiple employee segments
- Curate development resources and advise on individual development tools, leveraging diverse training methodologies to drive engagement and appeal to varied learning preferences
- Create compelling learning materials and content when needed to support program objectives
- Utilize innovative methods and technology to ensure impactful, modern learning solutions
- Partner with and guide a team of executive coach facilitators to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate effectively with our network of contract executive coaches—former C-suite leaders who bring deep industry expertise—requiring strong relationship management and the ability to both influence and be influenced by seasoned executives
Data-Driven Performance Management- Collect, analyze, and maintain comprehensive program data to drive effective management and measure success
- Develop, track, and report on goals, action items progress, and key program metrics
- Use data analytics to assess program effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making
- Generate actionable insights that demonstrate ROI and guide continuous improvement
Professional Excellence- Actively participate in learning professional associations to stay current on training trends and industry best practices
- Maintain thought leader-level expertise in adult learning theories and human-centered design
- Other duties as assigned to support organizational growth and client success
Required QualificationsExperience & Expertise- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in learning and development, with demonstrated success in senior consulting or leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing large-scale talent development programs from conception through evaluation
- Demonstrable thought leader-level abilities as a team leader and strategic partner
- Deep expertise in adult learning theories, human-centered design, and strategic learning design

Technical Requirements- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant technology platforms
- Experience with learning management systems and digital learning tools
