What you’ll do:

Lead Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Drive Excellence: Establish frameworks, standards, and governance for all training programs.
Innovate Learning: Use technology and AI to enhance delivery, engagement, and measurement.
Manage Systems: Oversee LMS design, integration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders to prioritize learning needs and deliver impactful programs.
Ensure Compliance: Govern certification management, record keeping, and regulatory adherence.
Measure Impact: Assess program success through KPIs and analytics to continuously improve outcomes.
Vendor Oversight: Manage external learning partners and associated processes.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field required. Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
12+ years of L&D experience required with previous experience owning enterprise level programs.
Extensive knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
Experience leading multi-site and multi-national learning operations.
Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.

Work Location: Preference is for candidates to be within a commutable distance to our office location in the greater Philadelphia, PA area. However, we recognize that the right talent can thrive from anywhere—fully remote candidates will be considered for the right fit.
