K-12 Professional Learning Facilitator
Shape classroom practice—nationwide. We’re contracting experienced educators to lead engaging, research-based professional learning for K-12 teachers and school leaders. This is a remote, 1099 contract role with project-based assignments and flexible scheduling.
What you’ll do
Lead live virtual (and optional on-site) workshops that turn evidence-based strategies into everyday practice. Customize session content for each audience, model practical techniques, and coach educators toward measurable impact.
What you bring
Background as a principal, assistant principal, teacher, instructional coach, consultant, professor, or similar. You connect naturally with adult learners, run tight sessions, and welcome feedback. You’re self-directed, professional, and excited to keep growing.
Engagement model (1099)
Independent contractors accept projects at their discretion; there are no guaranteed hours. Contractors provide their own equipment and reliable internet. This contract is not employment and does not include employee benefits. Engagements vary: some are single-day intensives, others are multi-day series across the year, and some are part of multi-year agreements with districts or networks.
Compensation
Paid per engagement (per session/day/project). The range varies by scope—including time on site or live online, number of days, delivery mode (virtual vs. on-site), number of participants or schools served, and level of customization or coaching. When materials or resources are provided to participants, schools purchase those directly (contractors are not charged fees).
Important transparency
No earnings are promised or guaranteed; volume depends on your availability, regional demand, and client scheduling.
Materials & support
Orientation and session materials are provided so you can deliver high-quality workshops. For on-site work, travel is either included in a project fee or reimbursed per the client agreement (pre-approved).
