Learning & Development Specialist.
Responsibilities
This person will play a critical role in supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Functional Academies. The role involves managing key stakeholders, overseeing learning technology initiatives, and contributing to the successful implementation of strategic L&D projects across the organization. The specialist will bring expertise in instructional design, LMS administration, and educational technology to ensure learning solutions are engaging, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Support the rollout of the Functional Academies project plan aligned with strategic goals
- Engage cross-functional teams to ensure effective learning implementation
- Advise on creating engaging learning experiences across formats (e-learning, blended, classroom)
- Ensure training materials meet quality standards and address learner and business needs
- Configure and manage the Cornerstone (CSOD) LMS, including assets, curricula, and reporting
- Partner with HR and managers to identify skill gaps and implement training solutions
- Use innovative tools (AI, microlearning, simulations) to enhance learner engagement
- Analyze learning data to generate insights and support continuous improvement
- Participate in global L&D initiatives and support change management efforts
- Comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all assigned duties
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Learning & Development
- Strong hands-on experience with LMS platforms, particularly Cornerstone (CSOD)
- Solid understanding of educational technologies and digital learning trends
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Project management experience in a corporate environment
- Analytical and data-driven mindset to measure learning impact
- Ability to work collaboratively with global, cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English
