Job Summary
We are seeking a Learning & Development Designer/Developer to support a major business transformation initiative. This role requires expertise in instructional design, learning program oversight, and eLearning development, with a focus on delivering innovative and blended learning solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, vendor partners, and SMEs to design impactful programs that align with business and people strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight on learning design and development to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert in instructional design, recommending optimal delivery methods (eLearning, webinars, workshops, virtual classrooms).

Collaborate with vendor partners to design, evaluate, and refine learning content.

Ensure content quality, consistency, and adherence to industry standards (SCORM, AICC, HTML).

Develop content using eLearning tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Connect, or equivalent.

Manage translation and movement of project files between teams.

Stay current on learning industry trends and apply performance consulting best practices.

Participate in project meetings and support business transformation initiatives.
Required Experience
-
College diploma/certificate in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field.

8+ years of experience in learning design and development.

Proficiency with eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, HTML).

Proficiency with development tools (Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Connect, etc.).

Prior experience in banking or financial services (required).
