Job Scope
Maintain close relationship with different departments to provide effective training and colleague development services. Coach team members to achieve optimal level of performance. Monitor the effectiveness and applicability of policies and procedures and take necessary actions for continuous improvement
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate the pre-and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to enable smooth delivery of training course
- Carry out post-training assessment at the workplace
- Participate in continual improvement activities and take initiative to identify areas of improvement
- Maintain and update all training materials, manual and related documentation in line with the latest operations development and employee training records
- Consolidate and prepare training reports on a regular basis
- Facilitate and deliver training workshops
- Assist in developing training materials and enhance existing training programs
- Participate in any ad hoc projects that the company assigns
What we are looking for:
- Degree holder in Business, Education, Training or related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification work experience in training field is required
- Good command of spoken and written English and Spanish
- Ability to convert challenges and questions from participants into learning opportunities
- Independent, self-discipline, hard-working, good team-player and pleasant personality
- Strong presentation skills with passion to develop people
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective people management
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
