Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations, you will be the driving force behind bringing our training standards and our chocolate DNA across the entire network of Chocolate Shops.
Your Mission
Be the ambassador of the magical Chocolats Favoris experience!
You will:
- Address the training and development needs of our existing and future chocolateries;
- Train new franchisees and their teams;
- Advise and support managers and franchisees during store openings;
- Ensure that our standards of quality, service, and authenticity shine in every chocolaterie.
Your Playground
You will regularly travel across Canada and occasionally to the United States, for stays of about 2 weeks, to support and train the teams of our new chocolateries.
Your Daily Challenges
- Keep our initial training documents (managers, operators, employees) up to date;
- Create and enhance internal policies and procedures related to operations;
- Develop fun and innovative training tools (videos, web platforms, etc.);
- Set up and maintain a continuous training program for the entire network;
- Manage the logistics of on-site training during store openings;
- Collaborate closely with the development team to plan openings;
- Respond to occasional training needs;
- Support the setup and preparation of new locations;
- Carry out any other tasks that allow you to put your boldness and creativity at the service of our teams.
Your Chocolate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant customer service experience;
- Strong communication skills and a natural pedagogical sense;
- Comfortable producing short training video content;
- Autonomous, organized, results-oriented, and decisive;
- Adaptable with a positive attitude;
- Advanced writing skills;
- Excellent work ethic and passion for customer service;
- Driver’s license and valid passport (ready to travel!);
- Bilingual (advanced French/English);
- University degree in hospitality management, food, or a related field;
- Chocolats Favoris experience? That’s a big plus!
