Overview:
A financial services organization is seeking a Training Specialist to support sales teams on a contract basis. You’ll develop and deliver training, maintain learning materials, and ensure staff have the tools to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and deliver online and instructor-led training.
- Manage LMS, scheduling, and training inquiries.
- Conduct needs analysis and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance training content.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years business experience; 2+ years in a training role.
- Skilled with training tools (e.g., Storyline, Canva, Clipchamp).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner and adaptable to changing priorities.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Certified Adult Educator or related post-secondary education
- Experience in financial services or sales training
