Overview:
A financial services organization is seeking a Training Specialist to support sales teams on a contract basis. You’ll develop and deliver training, maintain learning materials, and ensure staff have the tools to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and deliver online and instructor-led training.
Manage LMS, scheduling, and training inquiries.
Conduct needs analysis and provide feedback to improve performance.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance training content.

Qualifications:

5+ years business experience; 2+ years in a training role.
Skilled with training tools (e.g., Storyline, Canva, Clipchamp).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Quick learner and adaptable to changing priorities.

Preferred:

Bilingual (French/English)
Certified Adult Educator or related post-secondary education
Experience in financial services or sales training
