Beal University is seeking adjunct instructors for Physics.
The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Physics with a PhD preferred from an accredited college or university.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience. Online teaching experience is preferred and a minimum of 4 years practical work experience as a physicist required.
Job Duties
· Facilitating class instruction
· Providing advisement to students
· Attending and participating in instructor orientations and trainings
Education and Other Requirements
· Masters Degree or higher in an appropriate field.
· Demonstrated command of theory and practice, contemporary knowledge, and continuing study in an appropriate field(s).
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· 2 years of experience with a Learning Management System preferred.
· Organizational and time management skills.
· Superb interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
· Patient, understanding and empathetic (recognize that student population is non-traditional)

. Skill in developing Lesson outlines and materials.
