Job Summary:
The Learning & Development Specialist supports the creation and delivery of engaging learning experiences that enhance employee performance and development. This role assists in developing training content, managing learning platforms, and curating resources to meet both immediate training needs and long-term development goals. Working in collaboration with the Training & Enablement Manager and the Talent Development Manager, the Specialist helps implement learning programs that support onboarding, upskilling, and career growth.
