The position is responsible for enabling the organization to meet its strategic goals by leading and supporting comprehensive Talent Management initiatives. This includes Learning & Development, Career Development, Talent Pool Evaluation, and Regional HR support. The role involves designing and implementing impactful programs that enhance employee capabilities, support career progression, and align with business needs through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

Talent Management
Learning & Development:
- Design and implement regional training programs aligned with business needs and HQ direction
- Manage execution of training programs and analyze results across subsidiaries
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and support regional HR teams
- Organize on boarding, promotion, and e-learning activities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development plans
Career Development and Assessment Centers
- Develop and manage career development frameworks and pathways
- Support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives
- Facilitate career coaching and mentoring programs
- Develop and manage structured Assessment Centers to evaluate competencies, leadership potential, and readiness for career progression.
Regional HR Support & Reporting
- Establish regional yearly Talent Management Plan
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to support Training and development planning
- Prepare management reports on talent metrics and program outcomes
- Ensure alignment with global HR strategies and compliance with local regulations
Relevant experience(s)
8-12 years relevant HR experience is required
Knowledge and skills
- At least Bachelors Degree (MBA, MA in Human Resources is preferred)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and Proficiency in HRIS systems (LMS)
- Relationship with Assessment Centers for Career Progression
