Vice President, Learning & Development (and Talent)

Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 base plus discretionary bonus
Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Learning & Development leader to drive innovative learning/talent initiatives that support growth and performance across the organization. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with strong visibility and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-impact learning programs tailored to evolving business needs
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development strategies
- Lead initiatives focused on leadership, management development, and organizational change
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and leverage best practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of L&D experience within financial services
- Strong program design, planning, and communication capabilities
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and managing external vendors
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in an individual contributor capacity
