What Will I Be Doing
From the first day on you will be supporting our Talent Management department in the Administration of our Software Trainings.
You will take on tasks from the following spectrum:
Owning the overall Training and Learning Landscape Administration at SAP Fioneer.
The processing of customer inquiries and discussing the requirements towards our training programs with the relevant stakeholders, e.g. Product Owners.
Creating and managing user profiles in our LMS.
Stakeholder Management within our Training and Learning Landscape.
Structuring content within our LMS including retrieving and analyzing relevant data.
Organizing and (re-)structuring of our Training and Learning Tools.
Becoming the Key Stakeholder for the Administration of Trainings and Learning Programs at SAP Fioneer.

Requirements
You are working in:
- Internal Training Programs, Learning & Development, Technical Trainings, Product Trainings, Career Development, Learning Systems (LMS), Technical Support Department and/or Performance Enablement within a company or larger organization
Topic Expertise:
- Strong interest in Administrating the Training and Learning Development within a fast-growing environment
- Very good analytical skills and a strong understanding of Training Tools - ideally experience with "Litmos©"
- Exceptional organizational strength, team spirit and drive to succeed
- Strong diligence and hands-on mentality in solving challenges within complex environments
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in a fast-paced start up or scale up environment
- Very good written and spoken English skills - German language skills are considered a plus.
