About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design, build, and deliver impactful learning experiences—both for our customers and our internal teams. This role plays a key part in driving product adoption and knowledge across audiences through self-serve content, live sessions, and multimedia assets.
You will own the end-to-end creation of educational content such as knowledge base articles, e-learnings, webinars, videos, and email campaigns for customers, while also leading internal product trainings and company-wide release presentations.
What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain customer-facing educational content, including knowledge base articles, product documentation, and digital resources.
- Develop e-learning modules and self-paced training courses using tools like Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Produce engaging video content (demos, teasers, tutorials) to support product launches and user onboarding.
- Collaborate and support live webinars to educate customers on product use cases, best practices, and feature updates.
- Craft product-related customer communication—email campaigns, training invites, and release highlights.
- Deliver internal training sessions on product functionality, feature updates, and customer insights for cross-functional teams (e.g., Support, Sales, CS).
- Lead internal product release presentations—helping teams stay aligned on what's new, why it matters, and how to communicate value.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to stay up to date with releases and customer needs.
- Use feedback and data to assess the impact of learning content and continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in Learning & Development, Customer Education, or a similar role—preferably in a SaaS, tech, or product-led environment.
- Strong instructional design skills and experience developing various content types (written, visual, interactive).
- Confident presenter with experience delivering internal trainings and leading cross-functional knowledge sessions.
- Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and video production software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can simplify complexity and bring clarity to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in project management, with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
- Bonus: experience with customer education strategies, enablement programs, or product marketing.
