Your Career Opportunity
In this exciting new career opportunity, you'll be reporting to the Head of Product on full-time hours and working from home remotely.
As a
Head of Client Experience, you'll have a direct impact on developing market-leading innovations to enhance client experience, drive retention, and deliver measurable impact. Collaborating with our Innovation Team, you will:
- Shape and influence product roadmaps by integrating client feedback, stakeholder input, and data analytics to prioritize impactful features and improvements. Collaborate with other product teams to ensure alignment and market fit.
- Work closely with various internal teams (Product, Technology, Innovation, Operations, UX) to develop solutions for user problems.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to market launch, including backlog grooming, feature definition, risk assessment, and coordination with product marketing.
- Gather and analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product improvements, ensuring the product addresses client needs and adds value.
- Define clear success metrics based on learning impact, user experience, and market goals. Evaluate product performance and assess new opportunities, driving continuous improvements.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation and support resources for the product. Provide training to internal teams on new features and contribute to fostering best practices in product management.
What You'll Offer
- 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager in an EdTech company
- 2+ years' experience in client management or related role
- Advanced level of English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Understanding of the EdTech marketplace and the decision-making process in B2B
- Strong experience in Agile principles of product management
- Evidence of continuous professional development in product and EdTech topics
