About the Role
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that support employee growth, performance, and engagement across the organization. You’ll help shape the employee experience by curating impactful learning content, managing our Workday Learning Management System (LMS), and providing key administrative support for a variety of learning and talent initiatives.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and implement scalable, innovative solutions that align with our business goals and culture of innovation. Your work will directly contribute to the development of our people, ensuring they have access to the tools and training they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences (e.g., workshops, e-learning, blended learning).
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop content tailored to technical, creative, and corporate audiences.
- Support onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success.
- Manage learning platforms (e.g., LMS) and track training completion and effectiveness.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
- Assist in the rollout of compliance and mandatory training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related role.
- Experience with learning management systems (Workday Learning)
- Strong skills in creating and managing custom training content.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple learning vendors and licenses.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for learning, innovation, and employee growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in media, entertainment, or tech industries.
- Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Prior experience with Learning Management Systems, particularly Workday LMS.
