About The Day-to-Day
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide learning strategies that support business growth and workforce agility
- Lead the creation and delivery of leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and role-specific training programs
- Conduct training needs assessments and performance gap analyses in partnership with stakeholders
- Facilitate training workshops, coaching sessions, and executive development events both in-person and virtually
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing content development, learner engagement, and performance tracking
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives
- Oversee vendor relationships and external partnerships to supplement internal training capabilities
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting learning requirements within the financial sector
- Contribute to change management efforts through tailored capability-building and communication strategies
About The Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in learning and development within corporate or financial services environments
- Proven track record designing and managing learning programs for diverse employee populations and leadership levels
- Expertise in instructional design, digital learning tools, and performance consulting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in learning metrics and program evaluation
- Advanced proficiency in learning platforms (e.g. LMS), content creation software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to the financial sector

About The Work Environment
Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.
