To help us shape the next generation of leadership, we’re hiring a Learning and Development Business Partner to lead our m a nagement & leadership development programs . In this role, you’ll be responsible for the design, delivery and evolution of Vista’s global leadership development approach – supporting leaders at every level, from first-time managers to our Executive Committee.
You’ll be part of the central Talent team and work closely with Learning & Development, business leaders and HR Business Partners to create commercially focused, globally consistent development experiences that enable great people leadership and performance.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of Vista’s global management and leadership development programmes, aligned to our leadership expectations and talent strategy.
- Support people leaders at all levels – from new managers taking on their first team to experienced senior leaders, including members of ExCo .
- Build clear, structured learning journeys tailored to the needs of different leadership levels – covering topics such as feedback and coaching, team performance, change leadership, commercial acumen and succession readiness.
- Provide hands-on facilitation, guidance, and coaching to leaders across the business, adapting your approach for different audiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including ExCo , on leadership capability needs, programme priorities and development interventions.
- Source and manage vendor partnerships to complement and scale our internal leadership offering.
- Collaborate with the wider L&D team to embed leadership development into the broader learning ecosystem, including digital pathways and campaign-based learning.
- Design practical, easy-to-use resources, toolkits and guides that reinforce day-to-day learning on the job.
- Develop and report on impact metrics and evaluation methods that demonstrate the value of leadership development to the business.
- Champion inclusive leadership practices that reflect Vista’s global, multicultural, 24/7 operating model.
- Continuously scan the external market to bring in relevant thought leadership, tools, and trends that keep Vista’s leadership development cutting edge .
Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
- Proven experience designing and delivering management and leadership development programmes in a fast-paced, global organisation.
- Comfortable working across all leadership levels – from coaching new managers through their first people challenges to advising ExCo on strategic capability priorities.
- Skilled facilitator with excellent communication skills and presence at all levels of the organisation.
- Commercially minded, able to connect leadership development to business impact and strategy.
- Strong cultural awareness and experience designing programmes that can scale across different regions and teams.
- Experience managing third-party providers and working with learning platforms (Cornerstone experience a plus).
- Confident using data to evaluate effectiveness and drive decisions.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on programme design and delivery.
