Revenue Cycle Management Principal Trainer
Job Summary
Principal trainers work with application coordinators, managers, and clinical/business operations to develop and maintain training programs. They collaborate with specialty and nurse champions for clinician training. As a Revenue Cycle Management Principal Trainer, you will develop training curriculum, perform professional billing workflows, and provide initial and ongoing training to staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop role-based training content using various software programs and tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials.
- Maintain policy and procedure documentation.
- Incorporate feedback into training and administration procedures.
- Consult with subject matter experts to develop training materials and address participant questions.
- Assist with building and testing training environments, providing support and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with other trainers by co-facilitating classroom instruction and assisting with exercises.
- Prepare training lessons, print materials, and set up the training room and environment.
- Present information clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Follow up with trainees to offer additional support.
- Serve as an expert educator to internal staff.
- Train and credential additional classroom trainers as needed.
- Teach technical topics to staff and end users.
- Manage projects by prioritizing tasks and adhering to timelines.
