Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Programs: Create and deliver engaging training sessions on various soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Assess Training Needs: Identify the training needs of employees through surveys, interviews, and feedback.
- Design Training Materials: Develop comprehensive training materials including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with and motivate trainees.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and execute training programs effectively.
- Creativity: Innovative in developing engaging training content.
- Experience: Previous experience in training, human resources, or a related field.
- Education: A degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Certifications in soft skills training or related areas are a plus.
